Everyone we've talked with locally, from schools to the Lodge to the police department, has been encouraging. This is community support with a visible return: local people playing chess together.
A contribution can go toward tournament-style boards and pieces, clocks, storage, signage, refreshments, event costs, or other practical club needs.
We can later show simple examples such as “help buy a set” or “help buy a clock” once current equipment pricing is confirmed.
